Fans of the formerly Fox romantic comedy TV series "The Mindy Project" may already know that when Season 4 debuts on Hulu, the show's lead character Mindy Lahiri (Mindy Kaling) will already be pregnant and that she will be expected to go on a maternity leave.

Speaking to the media outlet during the Hollywood premiere of "HoG," the 50-year-old actor teased that his character will be a "bit racist, a bit sexist, a bit old-fashioned."
"So we butt heads coming on," Dillahunt told the publication (via EW).
As further revealed by the site, filming with the cast and crew began earlier last week, Monday. Although not new to streaming service series, the "Deadwood" actor admitted that he felt the need to put an unprecedented effort saying that "it is necessary."
"It should be a requirement. I thought that's what we always do. I've been lucky enough to get the opportunity," he further told EW.
Describing his new co-stars, Dillahunt exclaimed that the Mindy gang are "quick witted" fellows.
"They really are," he said to the outlet (via EW). "And they don't need my help, but I'm glad they brought me along."
Earlier on May, Fox cancelled the series after its third season run. A week after, streaming network service Hulu picked up the show, ordering a 26 episode Season 4 which will premiere on September 15.
Known for featuring a number of notable guest stars, the new season is also reportedly slated to showcase the acts of actor Joseph Gordon-Levitt for an episode which he plays as the husband of Mindy in a an alternate reality.
