'The Originals' Season 3 Episode 6 Spoilers: Klaus' 'Ex-Girlfriend From Hell' Sets More Rift In The Family
This week, The CW's hit supernatural drama TV series "The Originals" Season 3 will return with a brand new episode that will shed some light on Elijah's unwavering loyalty to his brother, Klaus. Meanwhile, Rebekah's safety is being put in top priority as The Strix's plans were unearthed.
According to the spoiler report from Carter Matt, fans might discover that the goody-two-shoes Elijah also has some share of dirty deeds. These mistakes are about to surface in the episode aptly called "Beautiful Mistake" which will see the further widening of the gap within a family already plagued with trust issues.
Viewers may remember how pissed Klaus was when he got wind of the fact that it was Elijah who forced Aurora, the hybrid's ex-girlfriend, to break up with him thousands of years ago. In defense of Elijah, his intention was only to let the family escape the country without her.

With Aurora's arrival in town, followers should expect more trouble to ensue between the brothers. Citing the words of executive producer Michael Narducci during his interview with Zap2it, Aurora is some kind of an "ex-girlfriend from hell" who will further put the family "at odds when it needs to be most related."
Narducci added that the new issue, however, will seek to explain why Elijah's devotion to the older Mikaelson is the way it is.
"Now, we've found out there's a sin from Elijah's past," Narducci says, adding that now it makes sense and that it tells viewers why Elijah's loyalty to his reckless brother has been unwavering all these years. He went on to say that perhaps it's the "guilt" for that sin that drives Elijah to be.
The EP, meanwhile, reiterated that these are exactly the moments that the brothers need not be sidetracked. According to synopsis from The Futon Critic, Rebekah will be endangered as she has become the Strix's latest person on their hit list. It is now Elijah and Freya's responsibility to ensure the safety of the youngest Mikaelson.
