'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Season 5 News: Episode 3 Recap
On last week's episode of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," Lisa Rinna celebrates her 50th birthday, Yolanda Foster is delighted with her daughters' modeling careers, and Kim Richards is going through a rough time as she helps her daughter shop for a wedding gown.
Lisa Rinna is celebrating her birthday, and Lisa Vanderpump throws a party for her at her restaurant, PUMP. Kyle Richards and Mauricio attend, and over dinner the ladies tell stories about how they met their partners.
Kyle said that she met Mauricio while she was still engaged to another man. Rinna tells them that she met Harry weeks after actress Nicolette Sheridan left him for Michael Bolton. Then Harry arrives with a big Cartier box. Rinna opens it, finds a smaller box in it, and inside is a beautiful trinity ring.
Meanwhile, Brandi Glanville is decorating her new place. Then she says that Eddie and LeAnn are asking for $100,000 for overpaid child support and alimony, because they are owed royalties from her book since it was all about Eddie. Brandi's lawyer calls, and she talks to him about it. Later, she looks around her place and wonders why she never gets to stay in one house for more than a year.
Yolanda Foster is definitely a proud mom as she talks about her daughters' achievements. Gigi is now a famous model, and according to Yolanda, she's also taking online college courses. Her other daughter, Bella, is moving to New York to attend Parson's and to pursue her modeling career.
Kim Richards is preoccupied with her daughter Brooke's wedding preparations, and they all go shopping for a wedding gown. At the boutique, Kathy Hilton—Paris and Nicky's mother—arrives, and gives her opinion as Brooke tries on the dresses. Later, Kim admits that Brooke's father Monty, Kim's first ex-husband, is dying of lung cancer. Kim and Monty are friends, so he is living with her while she cares for him. She also revealed that they are moving Brooke's wedding date so that Monty can walk her down the aisle.
