With the entrance of the newest reality star Erika Girardi, it was revealed that the episode will reveal more information about her. She will also share more details regarding the superstar's alter ego named Erika Jayne. According to Erika, her superstar personality represents the ideal woman that is embodied by everyone.
Apart from Erika, it was revealed that another star of the reality series will be giving a surprise. The recently released teaser for the episode showed Ken Vanderpump surprised when his wife, Lisa Vanderpump, showed up with an interesting gift.

However, not all relationships will be in good terms in the episode. It was revealed that Eileen and Vincent will be seen struggling with their relationship. Apparently, the two will be arguing about how they do not have any time to argue properly.

In addition, it was reported that the season will continue discussing the scandal of Yolanda's Lyme Disease. Co-star Kyle Richards recently shared some details about the matter during an interview with HuffPost Live. Richards stated, "I want to be very clear about this. She has 100 percent Lyme disease and is really suffering. There's no question about that at all, so I really want to be clear about that, because there have been people thinking I doubted or questioned it because of a comment made in which I was discussing the trailer for the upcoming season."
