'The Vampire Diaries' Season 7 Spoilers: Stefan Could Be Burnt by Julian
The return of "The Vampire Diaries" season 7 is expected to see Stefan and Damon in an unfortunate situation.
After the eventful first half of season 7, fans of the series can expect that the action will get much worse in the upcoming episodes. The brothers Stefan and Damon will still be trying to get out of the Pheonix Stone. However, it seems as though things will not go as smoothly.
Titled "Hell Is Other People," the upcoming episode will see Stefan unable to be rescued from Julian. However, Damon is expected to be rescued by Bonnie, and here he learns that he has been dead for three months. The news worries him since Stefan is still trapped in there. It was hinted that things will get worse for Stefan when Julian decides to burn him.
This will also bring complications to Caroline because she is aware that once Stefan's body is burned, he can no longer be brought back to life. However, there are also speculations that the story will feature a time jump that will have Caroline giving birth to the twins. It was recently revealed that Caroline is expecting unborn twins of Alaric, which has caused tension in her relationship with Stefan. Nevertheless, it is evident that she still cares for Stefan.
Meanwhile, not all will be negative when the series returns. It was reported that the upcoming season will feature Bonnie in a lighter story line. Caroline Dries, the executive producer of the series, recently spoke about the character during an interview with TV Line.
She stated, "This year, Bonnie's doing fundraising for Toys for Tots. She's having a much different Christmas, where she's helping children and being a normal college student. Nora eases her way into that storyline and stirs up Bonnie's world a little bit."
"The Vampire Diaries" season 7 airs every Friday on The CW.
