According to Spoiler TV, Bonnie will go face to face with Damon in the upcoming episode of "The Vampire Diaries." This will illustrate her conflict as a vampire hunter.

However, Graham recently spoke to TV Line about her character's journey in the upcoming episodes. She explained that she does not think her character will be a villain.

"Bonnie is not evil, she is justified. I've always felt that Bonnie was a hero, and could be seen as an antihero, to a lot of characters on the show," Graham said. "She is never lukewarm, and whenever she is placed on the middle, I've always found discomfort in justifying her decisions for that. She has always disliked vampires, and has constantly had to battle that inner struggle throughout the seven seasons of the show."

With that, there are speculations that Bonnie and Damon will try to find a way to reverse the curse that Rayna had put on Bonnie. Though the series showed Rayna's death, there are rumors that she could be returning for the upcoming season of "The Vampire Diaries."

"The Vampire Diaries" Season 7 airs on The CW every Friday night.
