'The Venture Bros.' Season 7 Premiere, News: Adult Swim Drops Countdown to Series Premiere in 2018

Adult Swim indirectly gave their viewers a countdown to when the new season of "The Venture Bros." will hit television screens.

The nighttime programming block in Cartoon Network announced when season 7 of "The Venture Bros." will premiere through a bump. The bump, which was uploaded to Facebook by Kiki Canon last Sept. 15, informed Adult Swim viewers that the people behind the mature cartoon series are still working on the new season.

"Another thing many people don't know about 'Venture' is that we're still making it," the words that flashed on the black screen reads. Then, it flashed the number of days since season 6 ended alongside the countdown to when season 7 will be ready.

The bump showed that there was still 422 days before season 7 premieres, which drops in November next year. This means that fans of "The Venture Bros." will have to wait a total of two years, seven months, and 22 days since the last episode of season 6 in March 2016.

However, Cinema Blend notes that fans of "The Venture Bros." are probably used to waiting a long time for a new season because the gaps between the previous installments are more or less the same with this one.

But fans can enjoy the fact that the new season of "The Venture Bros." will have 10 episodes, versus the 8-episode count of seasons 5 and 6. Although fans of the cartoon series are probably hoping that "The Venture Bros." will return to their original 13-episode count, just like in seasons 1 to 3.

Fans will have to wait more than two years to see what happens to their favorite characters, Dr. Venture, Hank, Dean, Brock, and the rest of the show's cast, after moving their operations to New York from the Venture Compound.

"The Venture Bros." is expected to be released on Nov. 11, 2018.
