'The Walking Dead' News, Update: Cast Members Reveal Challenges Rick and Co. Face in Season 6
It appears that the upcoming 6th season of AMC's hit post-apocalyptic drama TV series "The Walking Dead" could be a very busy one as what the show's cast members revealed in a recently-released featurette.
Citing the report from Design & Trend, the network shared a video featuring the cast and producers of the zombie show discussing the problems Rick (Andrew Lincoln) and his pack are expected to face as they move on to Season 6.
Among the trials that they encounter, or in this case, continue to deal with, is their assimilation with the formidable Alexandria which proves to be very difficult to begin with.

Quoting what co-executive producer Denise Huth said in the video, the Alexandrians will look up to Rick as they seek to understand the notion that despite the protection that the place offers them, their weaknesses will eventually lead them to get caught up with the situation and destroyed in the process.
"In this world, not being able to survive is a huge weakness. It's actually dangerous, and it's dangerous to be around," the showrunner said (via D&T). "So that's really where Rick and our group are sort of approaching it, like how can we bring these people to a place where they understand the world they are actually living in."
Echoing what Huth said are EPs David Alpert, who teased that there will be some "us versus them" moments, and Greg Nicotero, who said that the show is taking the humans-against-humans issue even further.
Actor Norman Reedus, who plays Daryl Dixon in the program, said that the threats are getting larger for them to handle and it may come in ways that are least expected and in ways they thought were impossible.
Lincoln himself speaks highly of every single brand new episode of the series which he considers as a "season finale" in itself.
