'The Walking Dead' Season 6 Episode 9 Spoilers: Rick and the Remaining Survivors Have More Than A Few Difficulties
Now that Alexandria has been infiltrated by walkers, things will only get worse for Rick (Andrew Lincoln), and the rest of the survivors.
According to Entertainment Weekly, there is much worse adversary than Gareth (Andrew J. West) or the Governor (Philip Blake) awaiting the remaining residents of Alexandria. The website said that there's a new threat in town, and his name is Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan). He is said to bring a lot of chaos and destruction when he shows up, which means everyone's safety is not guaranteed.
The website added that the remainder of the season will not be bad; rather, it will be gruesome. "I felt sick to my stomach when I read the script," Lincoln said after reading the script for season six finale. The actor added that he came in late the next day, which is the first time it happened since he started working on the series. He said it was because he can't get back to sleep after waking in the middle of the night because of the script. "I was so angry and frustrated and I felt sick," he said.
Fans are definitely looking forward to find out what made the actor dread the season finale's script since Lauren Cohan, the actress who plays Maggie, also claims that it was the hardest day on set for her. "I didn't want to go to work that day. It took a really, really long time for everybody to feel okay again after the finale, let's put it that way," she said. It seems like "The Walking Dead" has really prepared to go out with a bang this season finale.
Meanwhile, Zap2It posted a synopsis of the next episode, which is titled "No Way Out," and it reads, "Now that walkers have shown up inside the gates of Alexandria, Rick and the other survivors are scared and outnumbered."
The episode was directed by Greg Nicotero, and the story was written by Seth Hoffman.
