'The Walking Dead' Season 7 Episode 15: The Alexandrians Begin a Quest; Maggie In Danger
The upcoming episode of "The Walking Dead" season 7 will see Rick (Andrew Lincoln) and his fellow Alexandrian survivors setting off on a quest.
The synopsis of the new episode, titled "Something They Need," states that the Alexandrians will go on a journey together. However, it will not come easy for one particular member of the group of survivors as he or she is faced with a tough and harrowing choice. The synopsis does not say who the member is, but fans are definitely looking forward to seeing all of it unfold.
A teaser trailer for the next episode has also been released. It features Rick and his allies preparing for a huge battle ahead against Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) and his band of Saviors. The group is undoubtedly in the zone and ready for revenge, including Rick's son, Carl (Chandler Riggs). However, it looks like Maggie (Lauren Cohan) will find herself in danger while her back is turned.

This is going to be the penultimate episode of the seventh season of the AMC zombie series. The season finale has already been teased to feature both "moments of beauty" and death. Unlike the previous season finale, this one will not leave fans with a cliffhanger. It can be recalled that season 6 concluded with the identity of Negan's victim unknown, and fans were made to wait a long time before it was resolved. However, the season 7 ender will be different.
Of course, it would not be "The Walking Dead" without significant deaths. Fans can expect one or more lives being taken in the finale, but the most important thing about the conclusion of the season is that it sets up the one to come.
"The end of this season is very much the end of a chapter," showrunner Scott M. Gimple explained at the recent PaleyFest panel (via TVLine). "It's about setting up this gigantic, epic tale to come — not only in Season 8, but beyond."
