The spoilers for each of the upcoming episodes don't give away much, although what's apparent is that everyone will be plunged into huge challenges, whether they decide to work together or work their own separate ways and perish. Even senior digital producer Cory Abbey thinks so.

On AMC's official website, Abbey explained that this may be a difficult task, given the different principles each community leader has. Ultimately though, it appears Rick will have to be the one to rally them all together against Negan, and it will definitely be a make or break.

"The Walking Dead" season 7 returns with episode 9 starting the second half on Sunday, Feb. 12, at 9 p.m. ET on AMC.
