Photos from the set revealed smoke coming out of Alexandria. From the photos, there were speculations that the upcoming episode will show Negan attacking the rest of the Alexandria community. Fans of the comic series suggest that Rick will work with Ezekiel in order to kill Negan.

However, the comic shows that Negan and his men will be prepared when Rick and his group attacks. With that, there is a possibility that the upcoming season will show Rick and his group going head-to-head with Negan and the Saviors.

Apart from the attack, there are rumors that Rick and the other characters will be sent back to Alexandria. This is due to the leaked photos that included the RV. However, these details have yet to be confirmed.

Nevertheless, fans can expect an exciting two-hour premiere to start off "The Walking Dead" Season 7. The creator of the series, Robert Kirkman, recently posted a letter to the fans teasing an epic premiere.

He said, "The only thing I can PROMISE you is that the Season 7 premiere is going to be awesome. And when viewed as a two-part episode (the same way EVERY SEASON of Star Trek: The Next Generation ended with the first half of a two-part episode that was a cliffhanger...), it's going to be a pretty awesome ride. And every minute of the Season 6 finale was important and was setting something up that you probably won't see coming."

"The Walking Dead" Season 7 is expected to premiere this October.
