Is Daryl and Negan Having Some Sort of Relationship? (Warning: May Contain TWD Season 7 Spoilers)
An image of Daryl Nixon and the television series' roughest antagonist yet, Negan, was spreading (an probably still is) in the internet as filming for the next season of AMC's hit shows continues.
After "The Walking Dead" ended season 6 with a very enigmatic approach, characters Daryl and Negan were spotted spending time together. Seeing how Negan marked the finale by killing someone from the collected group of important characters, it only shows how producers are building up a character that leaves the audience another guaranteed compelling dose of character contentment.
Holding his bloodthirsty baseball bat, Negan showed how merciless and how quick with his decisions he is in killiing someone whom we don't know yet. The only thing we're sure about is that whoever this brutal villain eliminated, it's going to leave a mark. Not unless of course, that in some possible and positive way, this is another camera angle trick done similarly to what happened to Glenn Rhee in the middle of season 6.

Why Was Negan Acting This Way?
It shows as a punishment to the group of protagonists after finding out that Rick and his team finished off so many survivors that Negan accumulated. It was necessary for Rick to take out Negan's survivors in exchange for the safety of their own group. As a result, he will eliminate one from Rick's group. The last scene ended without any hesitations, as he indeed finishes off whomever the brutal villain has chosen.
Should It Really Have to be Like This?
In the comics version of "The Walking Dead," Carl shows how angered he is to witness how Negan killed Glenn in front of everyone. Negan then shows Carl, following a conversation between the two of them, the Sanctuary and where his wives are hidden. The comics also reveal a weird relationship between Rick's son and Negan, which sort of discloses a father-like figure to Carl.
What Might Happen Next?
By speculations, Daryl can either show his revenge against Negan. Although, Negan may look at it otherwise and take in Daryl instead and use him as an ace card similar to how he manipulated Carl in the comics. Rick may have been aware of this, but what will he do to fix these irregularities?
Scott Gimple released a statement that Negan will indeed be involved with a crucial character in the television series, but he did not confirm exactly who Negan will manipulate and use. The only obvious theory that we have right now is that Daryl can be a useful nominee for this surprising plot twist.
The release of AMC's "The Walking Dead" season 7 has not been confirmed yet, and fans of the hit television series are eager for the new season, especially now that we've seen a major shift in the plot of the story.
