'The Young and the Restless' September 26-30 Spoilers: Phyllis Rejects Billy's Attempt to Stay with Him; Chelsea Also Rejects Anything More Than Friendship from Nick
Phyllis wants to be with Jack but he is not ready to forgive her.
There will be some intriguing shifts in the storylines according to "The Young and the Restless" (Y&R) spoilers for the week of September 26. Phyllis will once again reject Billy's attempt to stay with him and it is clear that he needs to accept the fact that Phyllis wants to be with Jack. Chelsea, on the other hand, feels she does not want to be in a romantic relationship for the time being.
Billy asks for Jack's forgiveness
Billy (Jason Thompson) will also seek his brother Jack's (Peter Bergman) forgiveness as well as his ex wife Victoria's (Amelia Heinle). He realizes the betrayal he did to them both and he did not show them any respect either. According to The Young and the Restless" spoilers, Billy wants to become a better man.

Unfortunately, Jack won't be feeling the same way. He just can't get over the fact that his wife Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) cheated on him with his own brother. Phyllis willing to do anything
It can be remembered that last week episodes, Jack needed to release the rage that has built inside him and resorted to maligning Billy and Phyllis online as much as he could. Billy, who was also in the mansion concluded that Jack had done something wrong to Phyllis when he saw her on the floor.
Phyllis will remain positive in getting back her husband. She has decided that she won't give up on her marriage without a fight and she is willing to do whatever it takes to have Jack back.
