'The Young and the Restless' Spoilers: Adam Returns to Newman Enterprises, Shawn Falls for Nick?
"The Young and the Restless" continues on with the drama and it's going to be as complicated as it always been for the characters of the show. For starters, Adam (Justin Hartley) may be returning to the evil empire of Victor (Eric Braeden). Celeb Dirty Laundry reported that Victor will be proposing something to Adam that will basically lead him to overseeing the Newman Enterprises.
Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) will learn about Victor's proposal and she's not going to be happy about it. In fact, she will be furious and will try to stop Adam from going back into a chaotic life. Adam, as expected, will be responding oppositely and tells Chelsea that he will not be like his father. Chelsea is doubtful though and she is worried for Adam's future as well as their son's, Connor.
Heavy also detailed that Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) will be playing a big part on Adam's return to office as she will try to recruit him to be under Victor's side. Adam will be hesitant at first but will eventually be convinced especially once Phyllis puts out her dramatic persuasive skills.

Adam will also be talking to Victor to try to make a deal. Spoilers said that he will be urging his father "to plead guilty" but Victor will only agree if Adam will take over the company and kick Victoria (Amelia Heinle) out of the position. But will Victor stick to his own part of the deal if Adam agrees too?
Sage (Kelly Sullivan) is having some problems of her own as she notices something off about Shawn (Devon Martinez). According to Soap Central, Sage will notice that Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Shawn will be sharing a different level of closeness. Sage and Nick have planned to adopt Shawn's baby once it is born but things will go differently when Shawn develops a crush on Nick.
Sage will not miss to notice it though and she's afraid that the adoption could get messed up especially since Nick told Shawn that she doesn't need to give up her baby if she doesn't want to.
"The Young and the Restless" airs Mondays thru Fridays on CBS.
