'The Young and the Restless': Devon Divorces Hilary; Lauren Reunites with Scott

The upcoming episode of "The Young and the Restless" sees Devon (Bryton James) finally giving in to Hilary (Mishael Morgan) as he signs their divorce papers.

Hilary and Devon's marriage is beyond repair at this point. And although Devon is conflicted about his feelings for Hilary, he knows that he must come to a decision eventually. She wants him to make a choice, and she does not plan on leaving without getting an answer from him. Devon wants her out of his life, but at the same time, he also does not want her to go.

After a tense fight and a passionate moment, Devon realizes that they are not meant to stay together. They look back on all their happy times, but they know they cannot go back to that. In the end, Devon puts his signature on the divorce papers.

Elsewhere, Cane (Daniel Goddard) fears that he may have messed up a business deal. Thankfully, Juliet (Laur Allen) steps in just in time to save the day. She helps Cane secure the Tokyo deal after speaking to Mr. Sato (Richard Narita). As a result, Victoria (Amelia Heinle) and Billy (Jason Thompson) celebrate.

Meanwhile, at The Underground, Mariah (Camryn Grimes) encourages Reed (Tristan Lake Leabu) to take the stage. After speaking to Zoey (Annalisa Cochrane) and finding out the truth, he gives her a kiss on the cheek and goes onstage to sing a song for her.

Finally, Lauren (Tracey E. Bregman) reunites with Scott (Daniel Hall) after a long separation. She is glad to have him back, especially after all the kidnapping drama they both went through. The situation has been intense and it definitely took a toll on Lauren.

However, it looks like Lauren is not the only one who got affected by everything. Scott may be suffering from PTSD, as he suddenly becomes irritated at Lauren for wanting him to move. He tells her he does not want to live in Genoa City. Kevin (Greg Rikaart) tells Michael (Christian LeBlanc) that Scott has been through a lot, so his reaction to things are certainly not without reason. Going through such a traumatic experience would eat anyone up.

All of this on the March 9 episode of "The Young and the Restless," which airs weekdays, 12:30 p.m. EST on CBS.
