'The Young and the Restless' Spoilers: Episodes of Regrets and Second Guesses Coming

It will be a week of regrets and second guesses when "The Young and the Restless" returns for another episode.

Adam (Justin Hartley) is scared of ending up spending his whole life in jail, while Billy (Burgess Jenkins) is full of conviction Adam should rot in prison. While overwhelmed by fear, Adam is having thoughts of escaping, and with Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) due for a visit to try and say goodbye, the question remains whether Adam will let her go.

Chelsea is bound to give Adam an ultimatum concerning her and their son Connor and Adam will have to make a painful decision.

On the other hand, Victor (Eric Braeden) is on Adam's side, sticking up for him with a statement young Delia Abbot's (Sophie Pollono) death was an accident.

Meanwhile, Victoria (Amelia Heinle) will be confronting her father about what her long-time role at Newman Enterprises is slated to be, asking him whether he trusts her enough to manage the business, or sideline her for Nick (Joshua Morrow) every single time.

Victoria is also struggling to help Billy tamp down his rage. While she isn't asking him to forgive Adam, she wants him to try and accept what happened to Delia, and eventually find closure and heal.

Paul (Doug Davidson) and Christine (Lauralee Bell) are also after Billy to let go of his anger because they fear Adam may be acquitted and Billy may end up attacking him in court.

Neil (Kristoff St. John) also feigns shock when he receives information that Cane (Daniel Goddard) was the mastermind behind the whole ransom debacle. Devon (Bryton James) is still in disbelief at the news, and he seems unable to come to terms with it. Meanwhile, Lily (Christel Khalil) has gone to the station to post bail, but is still trying to come to grips with her husband's innocence.

Still in doubt, Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) give Neil the ninth degree, making him uncomfortable during the questioning and he ends up blaming Cane. The question remains whether Cane knows Neil has taken Hilary (Mishael Morgan).

"The Young and the Restless" resumes on CBS today as it airs weekdays at 12:30 PM.
