'The Young and the Restless' Spoilers: Exciting Trial Ahead

The upcoming episode of "The Young and the Restless" is expected to be full of excitement and increased conflict presented to the characters.

It was stated that the episode will show Jack, played by Peter Bergman, trying to come to terms with Nikki, played by Melody Thomas Scott. However, she will not be too happy about what was done to Victor, played by Eric Braeden. While her actions towards Victor remain questionable to her, Jack and Nick, played by Joshua Morrow, reassure her that it is better for Victor. With that, the opposing sides are expected to create more problems are the season goes on.

Fans can expect more secrets to be uncovers. Bergman recently spoke to KMTV about what to expect in the upcoming episodes. He said, "Oh, yes — secrets will come out. Over the next three weeks, you are going to see relationships break up, a trial will come to an end a VERY surprising way, and you will see someone in Genoa City lose their life. So yeah, it is going to be quite a great couple weeks on the show."

As for Billy, played by Jason Thompson, and Phyllis, played by Gina Tognoni, their secret affair has been discovered by Victoria, played by Amerlia Heinle. With that, she becomes frustrated that her husband is going behind her back to see Phyllis. It was speculated that this will drive Victoria to give her wedding ring back to Billy.

Her gesture will allow the both of them to move on from their marriage. This will then pave the way for Billy and Phyllis to develop their relationship further throughout the season.

Aside from his love life, Billy will also have to deal with Victor's case. There are rumors that the episode will show Victor eventually guilty of all the charges, giving him a 10 year sentence. Before Victor heads to state prison, fans will see him reunited with his family. While they try to make him feel better, Victor will not be too happy to see them.
