Meanwhile, Neil (Kristoff St. John) will continue to struggle in staying sober. According to She Knows Soaps, Lily will warn him about his drinking after she sees him eyeing the drinks at the Valentine's Day event, but Neil only says it's just a momentary slip. He says he's back on his program, which will convince Lily to leave him alone. Devon (Bryton James) and Hilary (Mishael Morgan) are also worried about Neil since working with them might get him back to drinking. Will Neil go back to his drunken ways?

Besides dealing with Neil, Hilary and Devon are also working on their marriage. Hilary is asking for a second chance from Devon, and it seems like he will finally give in. Elsewhere, another couple is celebrating Valentine 's Day together. Billy (Jason Thompson) will be renting out a place to celebrate with Victoria (Amelia Heinle), and will try to make it seem like they are in Italy. He decorates the place to make it look and feel like they are in Venice, and even mimicks an Italian accent for Victoria, which she will find very funny. The night ends with Billy proposing to Victoria, and she will happily accept.
