Devon and Hilary Come to A Decision About Their Future on 'The Young and the Restless'
Thursday on "The Young and the Restless," Joe seems to be getting better as he begins to use his legs. He tells Avery that this means she can go home to Dylan. Avery doesn't want to, but Joe doesn't want her to stay because she feels guilty.
At the station, Christine asks Sharon why she should believe her. She says that nothing compares to the pain of losing a child, and she can't imagine doing that to Courtney's parents. In Paul's office, Dylan confronts him about Sharon. Paul says that it's like she's almost begging him to arrest her.
After Christine is done talking to Sharon, Dylan comes in. He promises her that he'll get her out of there somehow. He talks about his argument with Avery, and when he steps out, Sharon sees Avery's text and decides to text her back, pretending to be Dylan. Dylan returns with Christine, and she tells Sharon that she is dropping the charges.

Meanwhile in Chicago, Avery gets a text from Dylan saying that she should stay and finish what she started. She tells Joe that Dylan told her to stay. Joe thinks that maybe he's just mad at her. Exasperated, she turns to leave, but Joe begs her not to go.
At the Club, Lily and Cane asks Neil about work. He says he loves being back and that he runs into Hilary a lot. Neil also says that he saw Devon and Hilary together the other day, and he says they're not seeing each other, but he can't be too sure.
