'The Young and the Restless': Renowned Music Promoter Irv West Arrives in Genoa City
A big name in the music industry will arrive in Genoa City on the Sept. 21 episode of "The Young and the Restless." Today's episode will see music promoter Irv West, played by Wayne Knight, come to the city to see Tessa, portrayed by Cait Fairbanks. However, things will take a turn for the worse as the characters will encounter some problems.
The spoilers suggest that Robert Adamson's Noah and Camryn Grimes' Mariah will both be happy and excited to know that Irv is coming soon. Tessa is also expected to hold a performance at The Underground to show him what she can do. Unfortunately, her show will run into some hiccups and Irv will start to wonder whether he made the right choice when he decided to go to Genoa.
Elsewhere in the episode, Daniel Goddard's Cane will also have his own share of familial problems, particularly with Laur Allen's Juliet and their baby. The spoilers for the episode reveal that Juliet will feel that Cane is not giving their baby the same treatment that he gives to his other children so she will confront him. However, Cane will assure her that despite his mistakes in the past, he will make it a point to love their child just as he loves the other kids. It looks like Juliet is only using their baby to win Cane's attention though, as spoilers reveal that she will steal a kiss from Cane during their confrontation.

Meanwhile, teasers for the upcoming episode also suggest that Jordan (Darnell Kirkwood) and Hilary (Mishael Morgan) will be tempted to do something on Thursday's episode, but it remains to be seen what kind of temptation that is. Scott (Daniel Hall) will also encounter a predicament as he discovers how to solve the sex ring case.
"The Young and the Restless" airs weekdays at 12:30 p.m. EDT on CBS and 7 p.m. on Pop.
