Tim Tebow: Is the Magic Gone or is God Preparing Him for a Big Playoff?

This Sunday's first round of the playoffs will pit Tim Tebow's Denver Broncos against the mighty Pittsburgh Steelers, and with the matchup set to be a classic, many feel "Tebow time" is over.

The quarterback had an amazing run of winning games in crazy and unpredictable ways, but the last three weeks of the season saw him lose to the New England Patriots, Buffalo Bills, and Kansas City Chiefs and now the Steelers coming in with the best defense in football will test Tebow's faith for sure.

Sportingnews.com said the best way to get to Tebow is, "working to keep him in the pocket and locking up on his two outside receivers man-on-man." They state this method as working because it prevents him from running by leaving the defenders in the middle.

Tebow will have a lot of pressure as he tries to prove Sunday that he was more than a fluke or God's inspirational vessel for a season. Aside from this pressure, he has to deal with hate from other players in the league.

Baltimore Ravens linebacker, Terrell Suggs, took a shot at Tebow while he was on ESPN's "First Take."

“With all due respect we don't need God on our sidelines," Suggs said before referencing the score Denver lost by on Sunday. "Once again God had to save Tim Tebow and the Denver Broncos. He couldn't even give them two drives? Seven to three?"

Tebow has been getting slack all year for his "faithful" theatrics, also known as "Tebowing," and his ever so steady praise to God after wins.

He explained, "If you're married and you have a wife and you really love your wife, is it good enough to only say to your wife 'I love her' the day you get married? Or should you tell her every single day when you wake up and every opportunity?"

"So any time I get an opportunity to tell Him that I love Him or given an opportunity to shout Him out on national TV, I'm gonna take that opportunity," Tebow explained.
