Tottenham Hotspur vs Anderlecht Live Stream: How to Watch Europa League Soccer Online
Both teams are in the middle of the pack with four points.
Tottenham Hotspur and Anderlecht try to improve their position in Group J as they face-off in the UEFA Europa League.
The match is on November 5, 2015 at 3:05 PM ET and will be played at White Hart Lane.
One of the closest groups in the competition, Group J is currently led by Ligue 1 outfit AS Monaco with five points.
Anderlecht and Tottenham are tied with four points and are only separated by goal difference.
Holding the last spot in the group are Azerbaijan club Qarabag with three points.
And with three matches remaining for all teams – and only the top two squads moving on to the final stages of the competition – this is still anyone's spot to win and a point may spell the big difference between elimination and moving on.
Tottenham were expected to be one of the favourites in the group. And looking at their league form, they look as formidable as can be.
In the English Premier League, they are fifth so far and have only lost once in their league campaign.
Going unbeaten in their last 10 league games has helped them develop a more fluid style of play and it should translate in the European fixtures.
However, when they faced opponents from the continent, they have found it difficult to find the stability.
They opened up with a win over Qarabag, but drew against Monaco in their next match.
Against Anderlecht, they dropped points following a 2-1 defeat.
However, they have a chance to turn things around and avenge their loss in their last meeting.
As for Anderlecht, their win over Tottenham was their first in the competition, their other point came in a draw at home against Monaco.
They suffered a surprise defeat against Qarabag and are now looking to possibly go to the top spot or at least hold second place with another result against Tottenham.
