Trailer Of 'Mockingjay 2' Reveals The Mighty War For Capitol And Hints At Supreme Sacrifice From Katniss

Lionsgate released the final trailer for "Mockingjay — Part 2," and unleashed a frenzy on the social media. Katniss Aberdeen dominated everything. This is hardly surprising as two things stand out in the trailer – the historic battle for the Capitol and Katniss Aberdeen's dialogues.

The trailer has Katniss declaring, "We all have one enemy and that's President Snow!" over footage of fighting, explosions and a gathering of forces for the impending fight for the Capitol as the Rebels press forward with Katniss leading them, saying, "He corrupts everyone and everything. He turns the best of us against each other. Stop killing for him."

This dialogue hints at betrayal among the ranks of the Rebels. In the Capitol, President Snow and his gang raise a toast at a dinner party as Katniss urges the rebels, "Tonight, turn your weapons to the Capitol. Turn your weapons to Snow."

The trailer showcases the huge battle that is about to start between the Rebels and the forces of President Snow.

Director Francis Lawrence says that "Mockingjay Part 2" is very different from the first part.

According to GamesRadar, Lawrence says, "Visually it's different because it's a very different story. We're out of District 13 and in District 2 ... And we spend a lot of time in the Capitol. That gives a different foundation for visual choices that opens the film up in a much bigger way. It's much more epic ... The war in this movie is essentially an arena."

The war is compared to the hunger games when at the end of the trailer, Finnick says to Katniss, "Welcome to the 76th Hunger Games."

Though viewers know that the battle for freedom and Capitol will exact a price from Katniss, they will still be unprepared for Prim's death. The trailers show emotional moments that the sisters share. When Katniss confronts President Snow and tells him that she just wanted to keep Prim and Peeta alive, Snow replies that it is mostly the things that we love that destroy us. This alludes to Katniss losing her sister, Prim.

"Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2" will have very emotional moments combined with lots of action. The film is set to be released on November 20.
