Two Street Fighters Yet To Be Revealed For 'Street Fighter V'
"Street Fighter V" has confirmed that 16 fighters will be featured, but at the moment, only 14 have been revealed. Of the last two unknown figures, one is said to be a brand new character while the other is someone from the classic mould.
In the past few days, some street fighters have been confirmed. Some are returning characters from previous series. Among these are the two strong ladies from "Street Fighter Alpha 3" - Karin and R. Mika. The new thing here is that the ladies will have new fighting techniques that will be different from the previous Street Fighter Alpha series.
Fans wait for new fighters to be introduced in "Street Fighter V." Among the new fighters are Necalli, Rashid and Laura. The creators have given these new characters unique fighting skills.
Of the two still unknown characters, fans have been trying to decode the identity of the character who will return to the game by analysing every hint that Capcom throws their way. Some think one of the character could be from "Street Fighter 2" roster.
Capcom's Director of Brand Marketing and eSports, Matt Dahlgren, in a recent interview, threw another puzzle at fans, saying, "You pretty much know what the classic characters are. There's mainstays in the series that are pretty much always present."
Dahlgren also hinted strongly that this character is not 'necessarily' from Street Fighter 2 and that "Street Fighter V" is going to mine all the previous series for the best fighters. Dahlgren said that all different iterations of Street Fighter will be represented in the game.
Even after so much hinting, we are at square one.
Fans can get more information by watching the October 24's episode of Capcom TV that will be showcasing the new beta testing phase of "Street Fighter V."
Till further announcements, happy speculating!
