UFC News 2015: Miesha Tate Wants To Give 'Brutal Beatdown' To Bethe Correia; Andre Arlovksi Won 'Big' Holly Holm Bet

Two-time women's bantamweight title contender Miesha Tate is continuously trading verbal barbs with fellow Ronda Rousey challenger Bethe Correia. Former heavyweight champion Andre Arlvoski, on the other hand, says he profited from teammate Holly Holm's victory.

The two women have been exchanging tirades over the last few weeks. Correia cast the first stone when she vocally declared her intent to "retire" Tate if they do fight. According to Correia, the UFC has been "keeping her [Tate] in the sidelines," adding that she would be willing to step up and fight.

"I will do my best to show the world this rookie has some knockout power and retire her," Correia told MMA Fighting early this month.

As expected, Tate did not warmly accept Correia's comments. Speaking with Inside MMA on Friday, "Cupcake" promised to inflict pain on "Pitbull," way more than that was given to her by Rousey when the two faced each other at UFC 190 in August.

"Obviously, she needs a more brutal beatdown than Ronda gave her and I'd be happy to do that," Tate said in response, according Inside MMA.

Correia was knocked out by Rousey within 34 seconds of their fight, which was held in the former's home country of Brazil.

Meanwhile, former UFC heavyweight champion Andre Arlovksi had more reasons to celebrate after his teammate Holly Holm's victory over Ronda Rousey at UFC 193 last November 15th.

In an interview with MMA Fighting's Ariel Helwani, "The Pitbull" says he won "pretty good money" when he bet on Holm. Arlovski says the victory was "good" for trainers Greg Jackson, Mike Winklejohn, and for himself, as well.

"It's good for Winklejohn, for Greg Jackson also, and also it's good for me," Arlovski said. He had made a bet with someone and, he adds, "I made pretty good money."

When asked about how much he exactly made, Arlovksi simply had this to say.

"It doesn't matter," Arlvoksi said. "Don't think about it. We made enough."
