Ultra Music Festival 2017 Lineup: Steve Aoki, Alesso and Other Major EDM Artists Arrive in Miami

This year, big names in the world of electronic dance music such as Steve Aoki, Alesso, Martin Garrix and many more will grace the Ultra Music Festival.

It is that time of the year again when fans of EDM, also known as electronic dance music,  flock to Miami, Florida for the annual three-day affair to celebrate the music genre.

Every year from 2001 to 2005 and 2012 to this year, the Ultra Music Festival has been held at the Bayfront Park in downtown Miami. Starting with just an estimated 10,000 attendees back when it was launched in 1999, the number of partygoers for the music event grew to a whopping 165,000 from 2014 to 2016.

This year, the event starts on Friday, March 24 and goes on until Sunday, March 26. Like the usual tradition of the festival, there will be various stages with simultaneous performances from some of the biggest DJs and music producers of EDM.

In this report, festivalgoers can find the lineup for the three-day event on the Main Stage.

March 24

Raiden kicks off the event at 4 p.m. followed by Don Diablo at 4:15 p.m. Robin Schulz takes the stage at 5:20 p.m. to be proceeded by Tchami at 6:25 p.m.

Armin van Buuren will hit the main stage at 7:30 p.m., while Alesso turns up the beat at 8:35 p.m. He will be followed by Martin Garrix at 9:55 p.m. and Major Lazer closes the night with a performance from 11 p.m. until midnight.

March 25

The party continues on Saturday as the main stage performances start at 12:45 p.m. with Tommi Sunshine. Frank Walker is up at 1:50 p.m. followed by Sam Feldt at 2:55 p.m.

At 4 p.m, Martin Solveig's set begins, while Dash Berlin is set to lead the beat at 5:05 p.m. Steve Aoki hits the main stage at 6:10 p.m. followed by Tiësto at 7:15 p.m.

Above & Beyond will take the stage at 8:50 p.m., and as the night falls, Afrojack will turn up the beat at 9:55 p.m. Axwell & Ingrosso will end the night with a music set from 11 p.m. to midnight.

March 26

More big names in the EDM industry take the stage as the Ultra Music Festival concludes on Sunday.

DJ Nano starts the day at a 12 p.m. set time. Mykris takes the stage at 1:05 p.m. while BT and Showtek will perform at 2:10 p.m. and 3:15 p.m., respectively. Fedde le Grand's set is scheduled for 4:20 p.m. while Galantis is next up at 5:40 p.m.

Some of the most sought-after DJs will grace the last moments of the festival as Hardwell takes the stage at 6:45 p.m. followed by Zedd at 7:50 p.m.

Performances from David Guetta and DJ Snake marks the closing of the Ultra Music Festival main stage with performances scheduled at 8:55 p.m. and 10 p.m., respectively.
