'Under the Dome' episode 10 spoilers and episode 9 recap; Barbie joins the resistance?
In the next episode of "Under the Dome," the kinship is getting ready for the birth of the next queen, who is being carried by Eva. Eva has grown big already, despite just learning about it in the previous episode. Barbie might join the resistance and may even take down the kinship from the inside.
Meanwhile, the rest of the resistance will team up with Aktaion to stop Christine once and for all while trying to save their loved ones from the mind control. Barbie will try to free Eva from the kinship, and Joe will find himself willing to help Christine after she reveals some information about the dome.
In the last episode, the resistance started hiding in the old funeral home after they destroyed the mines and the precious amethysts. The kinship burns down the old Aktaion house on Bird Island. Christine and Eva, on the other hand, discover that the latter is pregnant. Eva tells Barbie about her pregnancy and he is determined to protect his unborn child.

Barbie meets up with Julia and they both get very close to each other. Julia drugs Barbie, while he tries to get her gun. Then, Big Jim appears and he helps Julia bring Barbie to the cabin. They tie Barbie up and torture him so that he would snap out the mind control. However, nothing works, and Barbie tells Julia that he is in love with Eva and that he never really cared about her.
In the meantime, Norie and Joe visit the school's library to get some more information on the meaning of the drawing. They almost get caught but are saved by Sam. Sam joins them in their hideout and takes Joe back to the kinship, while he tells the others where the rest of the resistance is hiding.
Barbie escapes from his bonds and fights Julia who manages to get away with the help of Indy. Julia has standoff with Barbie, and when she finally tells Barbie that she loves him, that's when he snaps out of it. They reunite with a passionate kiss.
Episode 10 of Under the Dome airs on Aug. 20 at 10 p.m. on CBS.
