'UQ Holder!' Episode 3 Spoilers: Touta to Join Yukihime's Family of Immortals; Who Is Kuroumaru Tokisaka?

Touta Konoe and his guardian Yukihime's journey has just begun, and it seems that there is still a lot that the newly minted 14-year-old immortal has to learn on the Japanese action-fantasy anime series, "UQ Holder! Mahou Sensei Negima! 2."

While Touta's youthful optimism could really help lighten their load as they continue on their journey, his ideals were obviously not fit for his new life as an immortal. Since he would now have to spend his life as a 14-year-old, meeting friends and getting close with anyone could only bring him nothing but pain and heartbreak in the long run.

Touta does think about it in these terms but refuses to dwell on it for the time being. On the other hand, Touta may actually have it easier than Yukihime since the latter has already brought together a group of immortals to work for and with her in the organization known as UQ Holder.

How will Touta react to this new revelation about his guardian, who, just days ago, was nothing more than an old woman who also happened to be his teacher? Also, what part will the newly introduced character, Kuroumaru Tokisaka, play in Touta's continuously changing life?

Kuroumaru is another immortal, who, like Touta, is stuck at the age of 14. When the two of them battled it out in the previous episode, Touta actually managed to defeat and convince him to become friends and brothers-in-arms.

But although he claims to be a boy, he also has a feminine appearance that always led people to mistake him for a girl. In truth, Kuroumaru is neither, since he came from a tribe of demi-humans born genderless, and only becomes either male or female at the age of 16.

"UQ Holder! Mahou Sensei Negima! 2" airs on Mondays at midnight JST on Tokyo MX, Sun TV, KBS Kyoto, and BS11. Information on other broadcast schedules and online resources can be found on the series' official site.
