'Urahara' Episode 2 Spoilers: Can Harajuku's New Trendy Heroines Stop the Impending Threat of an International Defense Force Bomb?
Three high school girl's trendy imaginations could very well be Harajuku's last hope against intrusive aliens on the Japanese anime series, "Urahara." But could these imaginations also be enough to save the entire world?
A saucer-shaped species of aliens known as the Scoopers have descended on Earth to try and steal its many diverse cultures. Since this type of aliens lack culture and do not possess the imagination to create one on their own, they are now endeavoring to literally take the most significant landmarks on the planet to subsequently put together their very own diversified culture.
But when they targeted Harajuku, the renowned fashion district in Japan, three girls, Rito, Mari and Kotoko, chose to take a stand with the help of the mysterious orbs known as amatsumara, which were given to them by a little girl named Misa.
The battle to protect the culture of the world has now begun, and the aliens seem just as determined to fulfill their goals. How long can Rito, Mari, and Kotoko hold their own against this continuing threat? Could they possibly take down the immediate threat of an International Defense Force bomb aiming for their city in the next episode?
Their success or failure against this impending threat may well be the deciding factor that makes or breaks their reputation as Harajuku's trendy heroines.
The series is the collaborative project of Crunchyroll and the Chinese video-sharing site, Bilbili, and is based on an ongoing webcomic by Patrick Marcias and Mugi Tanaka.
