Usher's Ex Wife Spit on Girlfriend, 'Wanted to Fight' (VIDEOS)
Usher's ex-wife spit on his girlfriend during an incident between the two, the singer testified. Usher Raymond was called Monday to give his account of events that took place because of the custody battle between he and his ex, Tameka Foster.
Usher alleged that his ex-wife spit on his girlfriend and manager, Grace Miguel, when the "U Got It Bad" singer went to the house to drop of one of his young sons. The R&B powerhouse told a courtroom that although he parked his car away from Foster's home to avoid a confrontation, his ex-wife became suspicious, and walked the distance to the car anyways.
It was then that she saw Miguel, and "wanted to fight" the woman, according to TMZ.
"I'm gonna kick your a--," Usher testified that Foster told Miguel. "B---- get out of the car. How dare you bring this woman into my subdivision in my house."
Despite Usher's pleas for Foster to go back to the house where his other son was left unattended, the singer claimed that the mother of two only tried harder to harm Miguel.
"She continued to spit. At this point she pulled the door open, tried to swing at her," said Usher. The singer then revealed that he got in between Foster and the car door, and that she "hit [him], of course."
"Of course, I tried my hardest to prevent the situation from escalating," he continued. "We exchanged words. I told her this was no way to act," Usher said, adding that many of the neighbors could hear the incident because of Foster's loud voice.
Foster's reason for the outburst: she was embarrassed.
"If he's gone for months at a time and comes back traipsing in with his girlfriend, it was embarrassing," she previously told the court, adding that Usher had once visited their son's school with Miguel in tow.
Usher Raymond and Tameka Foster have two sons together— Usher Raymond V and Naviyd Ely Raymond. The trial is to continue next week.
