At the moment, the Jazz are seventh in the Western Conference but are only 1.0 games ahead of the Dallas Mavericks who are 10th in the league. If they can get a big win over the Warriors it can give them space and may secure their spot in the post season.
However, it will prove to be extremely difficult against the Warriors as they have been proven to be nearly unstoppable this season.
As the only team with single digits in losses so far, the Warriors have been so dominant that their stars have time to rest in the fourth quarter in most of their games after finishing it off in the first three.
Furthermore, the Warriors are clearly trying to chase history as the team with the most wins in the regular season and they are nearly there and are showing no signs of slowing down.
It will be a tough task for Utah to find a way to stop the back court duo of Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson.
However, since they are seemginly desperate to get a win, you cannot count out the Jazz to get a surprise victory.
