Victoria's Secret Model Sued: Constance Jablonski of Estee Lauder Faces $3.3 Million Lawsuit (PHOTO)

A Victoria's Secret model is being sued for $3.3 million. Constance Jablonski has been accused in the lawsuit of breaking her contract with her management company to join a rival.

Jablonski has worked for a number of top fashion brands including Calvin Klein, Estee Lauder, and Dior, was allegedly tied to a contract with her management company, Marilyn Model Management. However, they claim she breached her contract with them and are now claiming more than $3 million in damages.

The management company has filed a lawsuit in Manhattan, and claims that the model left them last month despite experiencing a rise to fame over the past three years with them. They claim she has gone from being a "virtually unknown model" to a top international fashion icon - all thanks to the help of Marilyn Model Management.

The suit also claims that its direct rival, DNA Model Management, poached Jablonski from them under false pretenses.

According to the lawsuit, "DNA is ... unlawfully attempting to seize the coveted relationships that Marilyn has created and fostered for Jablonski."

It added, "DNA's wrongful conduct is for the purpose of destablizing Marilyn's business, and causing irreparable damage to its image (and) reputation."

As well as the $3.3 million in damages, Marilyn Model Management is also seeking a prohibitory injunction stopping DNA from representing Jablonski.

French-born Jablonski first was featured in the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show in 2010. At that time she had made an astronomical rise through the hugely competitive business after being with Marilyn Model Management for two years.

The management company claims she signed a three year extension contract to stay with them in just 2011, meaning she had legally committed to working with Marilyn Model Management until September 2014. However, she is alleged to have broken that obligation last month, sparking the lawsuit to be filed this week.
