During the bloody season 2 finale of the show, it can be recalled that King Horik plotted to murder Ragnar and his entire family. The king thinks that Floki and Siggy are supporting his plans for Ragnar, but when he puts his plan into action, he soon learns that Ragnar had prior knowledge about it, thus, he was well prepared to fight. "We're just building that, at the moment, on the backlot. It will be CGI. Ragnar attacked Paris with one hundred ships," Hirst explained.
