'Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War 3' Preorder Available Ahead of April 27 Release
Relic Entertainment has just put up its upcoming title "Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War III" for preorder. The new installment of the "Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War" series is set for an April 27 release this year.
Last Monday, March 6, Relic posted an announcement on the official Twitter of the game that the new game is now available for preorder. The game costs $60 for the advanced sale, through their website or through Steam.
Game director Philippe Boulle has a few words for fans of the strategy series. "We're thrilled to tell fans know that they don't have to wait much longer to return to battle," Philippe Boulle said. "The whole team can't wait to bring back Dawn of War, bigger and better than ever. April can't come soon enough!" Boulle adds, sharing the Relic team's excitement for the upcoming launch.

The game will have three editions available, and each edition is geared specifically for newcomers or die-hard collectors of the series, depending on the set. The Standard Edition is the first set, which just includes the copy of the game.
Next is the Limited Edition, with a premium disc book case, an art card, a copy of the game's soundtrack and of course, the game.
Last is the Collector's Edition, which as the name implies throws in a set of collection pieces in addition to the game. The Collector's edition features a premium disc case, a lenticular art card, the game's soundtrack, one cloth banner for each of the three factions — for a total of three banners, the "Masters of War" skin pack and a high-end replica of the "Godsplitter Deamon Hammer."
