'Watch Dogs 2' DLC: New Additions Coming to the Game in April
Multiplayer additions among those set to be released for 'Watch Dogs 2' in April
"Watch Dogs 2's" developers recently detailed the updated downloadable content plans for the open world action game, revealing that April will be a busy month for players.
In a new post on Ubiblog, developers shared that there are different DLC additions on their way to the game.
First off, a new team-based PvP online mode known as "Showdown" will be released for all versions of the open world title on April 17.
Players who take part in "Showdown" will go through different competitive matches known as "Steal the HDD," "Doomload" and "Erase/Protect the Servers." According to the developers, players will need to show off the many skills they have learned and honed throughout the game while going through the challenges laid out in a "Showdown" engagement, so they will need to come prepared.
Drone, eKart and motocross races will also become playable in the game's multiplayer component in April.
Loot truck events will also pop up inside the game, and these will present players with new challenges.
Other free additions coming to "Watch Dogs 2" are 13 new articles of clothing as well as a paintball rifle.
PS4 players can also look forward to the "No Compromise" DLC pack being released for their preferred platform on April 18.
"No Compromise" will add the Moscow Gambit DedSec Operation, and in order to complete the challenges included here, players will be given access to the air shotgun and the sniper stun rifle.
Three new emergency services packs are also included in "No Compromise" and these items will yield different vehicles and outfits that can be useful in certain situations.
PC and Xbox One players will have to wait until May 18 for the "No Compromise" DLC pack to be made accessible to them.
More details related to the other additions coming to "Watch Dogs 2" should be made available soon.
