Who Is Susanne Thier?
Sebastian Kurz, who is 31 years old, has been chosen to be the leader of Austria's conservative party. He is expected to win in the country's general election and is about to become the youngest leader in the European Union.
What caught a lot of people's interest though, was the woman at his side during a recent public appearance, specifically when they headed to the polls on Sunday to cast their votes.
While Kurz is not yet married, he is currently in a relationship with Susanne Thier. According to International Business Times, she works at the finance ministry in Austria and the two met when Kurz was was still 18 years old. They allegedly already have plans on getting married and starting a family.

The couple appeared before Austrian citizen on the day of the election, and Kurz spoke to his supporters.
"It is time for change in this country. Today is a strong order for us, to change this country, and I say thank you to you all who made this possible," he addressed the crowd during election day, with 30-year-old Thier at his side. "I'm overwhelmed, I am happy, and I look forward to working for Austria," he added.
As per an Independent report, Kurz was born in Vienna, where he still currently resides. He has been the foreign minister since 2013, when he was just 27 years old, making him Europe's youngest. The soon-to-be Austrian Chancellor studied law at the University of Vienna and is said to have completed the country's compulsory military service.
According to preliminary results, Kurz led the conservative party into the top spot in the recent parliamentary election, gathering 31.4 percent of the votes. The final results will not come out until a few more days, but he is already expected to be the world's youngest leader.
As for the wedding bells, there is no word yet when Kurz and Theirs are planning to tie the knot.
