'Will & Grace' Revival News: Promo Shoots Underway as Cast Members Share Photos on Social Media

Promo shoots for the "Will & Grace" revival is well underway--and the cast is making sure everyone knows. The main four cast members are back, and they have been taking to social media to share photos of the adorable experience.

Eric McCormack and Debra Messing are reprising their titular roles as Will Truman and Grace Adler, respectively. Sean Hayes is also returning as Jack McFarland, while Megan Mullally is back as the wealthy Karen Walker. All four stars have been posting photos on Twitter and Instagram to keep their fans updated.

In February, Hayes appeared on "Jimmy Kimmel Live" and expressed how much he was looking forward to the revival. "It's wonderful. We're very excited to come back," he said.

"I've had so many friends over the years--so many--like out of the woodwork, telling me, 'When are you coming back to TV? When are you coming back to TV?' And I thought this was a great opportunity to make all three of those people happy," he joked. "But what's fun is that it's the same crew and the same director, obviously the same cast, the same writers--everybody's the same and I'm very excited to see everybody."

Previously, Mullally talked about the possible stories that the upcoming revival will tackle, including "whatever craziness is happening," referring to the current political climate. She also talked about the positive influence that show has had on the public's view of the LGBT community. And while the show does take on some pressing issues and very real problems in the world, it will not forget to put comedy at the forefront.

With Hollywood's recent interest in revivals, it came as no surprise that "Will & Grace" would make it to the list. And fans are undoubtedly excited to see the four friends reuniting onscreen once more.

Right now, an exact release date for the revival is still unknown, although it is scheduled for the 2017-2018 broadcast season.
