Will Smith has been photographed doing his own stunts wearing his Deadshot costume for "Suicide Squad."

Smith plays the DC Comics one-eyed assassin in the upcoming DC Entertainment superhero film due out in the late summer next year.

Dressed in his costume, including a full mask, Smith is featured in a fan-shot video going down the side of a building and landing at the back of a pickup truck. The brief footage was posted on Instagram, along with several photographs showing him on top of the building without his mask on.

While there have been plenty of shots of Smith in character, this is the first instance he has been spotted in action, and doing his own stunts as well.

Despite an earlier announcement from director David Ayer there would be no further spoilers or leaks on the film other than his earlier photographs of the cast in full costume, and Joker's (Jared Leto) gradual transformation into his character, fan footage of the filming has been making its way to social media.

Late last month, a fan posted a car chase between the Joker's purple Lamborghini and the Batmobile, leading to speculations Ben Affleck, who plays Batman in the DC Universe's "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" will be making an appearance on "Suicide Squad."

The film also stars Margot Robbie, Joel Kinnaman, Jai Courtney, Cara Delevigne, Viola Davis, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Karen Fukuhara, Adam Beach, Jay Hernandez, and Scott Eastwood.

"Suicide Squad" is scheduled to continue filming in various locations in Toronto until September before its theatrical release on August 16, 2016.
