'WWE 2K16' Trailer 'Bonfire' Calls For Players To 'Raise Hell'
2K has launched a new trailer for 'WWE 2K16' named "Bonfire" featuring Sting, WWE Diva Paige, Seth Rollins, Kane, Rusev, and the superstar gracing the cover of this year's game, "Stone Cold" Steve Austin.
The TV commercial is a little less than two minutes and is titled "Bonfire." It shows the wrestlers mentioned above, slowly walking towards a bonfire that is lit on a beach. The players are all in their garb. Slowly, each of the wrestlers toss a memento of their rival, whom they had defeated previously or has defeated them, into the bonfire, their faces grim with determination.
The throwing of the mementoes from their rivals could mean the start of a new round of fights and collecting mementoes of newer enemies and rivals. The background music contributes to the gradually rising tension and suspense in the promo.
"WWE 2K16" features the largest roster with more than 120 unique playable characters, including cover-Superstar 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin, Seth Rollins, WWE Diva Paige, Daniel Bryan, Dean Ambrose and more.
Moreover, the game features the NXT talents, players from the WWE Hall of Fame, and WWE alumni from different eras.
The core 'WWE Universe' has undergone a change this year with different stories, rivals and match cards.
All improvements have been made following consumer feedback & suggestions.
This time, fans will get Arnold Schwarzenegger as The Terminator when they pre-order "WWE 2K16" and will also receive two exclusive playable versions of Arnold Schwarzenegger as the Terminators from the films, "The Terminator" and "Terminator 2: Judgment Day."
Also in store for fans who want nostalgia is the option of reliving iconic matches by completing objectives and unlocking legendary characters.
The developers at 2K have improved upon last year's "WWE 2K15" Creation Suite and this year, it features a create-a-show mode that will let gamers customize their own graphic packages.
