'WWE 2K16' News: Release Date of PC Version Not Yet Confirmed, Patch 1.03, 'New Moves' DLC Pack
Avid fans of the professional wrestling video game "WWE 2K16" have been long waiting for the PC version of the game. However, it seems like it may not be coming anytime soon as reports indicate that there is no confirmed release date yet.
According to Venture Capital Post, many of the fans are dismayed with the late arrival of the game to the PC especially since the "WWE 2K16" has already undergone some serious patches to repair several bugs and glitches that console gamers have experienced first-hand. Those who are waiting for the PC version can only hope that the same repairs will be established on the game once it arrives.
There are several rumors going around with regards to the release date of the game to PC. Some said that it will be available late this year. A German gaming website speculated that the PC edition is scheduled to be released on Dec. 31. But some reports say that it may come earlier next year. As of now, there is still no confirmation or announcement from 2K Sports themselves so fans will have to stay tuned for updates.
Meanwhile, the first DLC of the game has already been released. Gospel Herald noted that the DLC pack titled "New Moves" is now available for download at the game's official website. It will cost $3.99 and playable on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 consoles.
The pack will contain an arsenal of moves from WWE Diva Paige's the Avalanche, WWE Superstar Kevin Owens' Sidewinder Suplex and WWE Superstar Stardust's Standing Crossface Chickenwing. The update also comes with a series of GIFs.
Another report from Venture Capital Post also detailed that Patch 1.03 for the game is coming and is expected to bring several tweaks for a couple of persistent bugs. There are no details yet about the patch but 2K has confirmed that it will come along with a new and improved entrance for NXT Champ Finn Balor.
