'WWE RAW' to Feature the Undertaker's Return on Monday
"WWE RAW" will see the Undertaker return to the show this Monday ahead of his face-off against Shane McMahon at "Wrestlemania 32," WWE announced during the "SmackDown" taping on Tuesday night.
The Undertaker will appear on "WWE RAW" on Monday to promote his Hell in a Cell match against Shane McMahon come April. The two will just be one of the three confirmed matches for the upcoming "Wrestlemania 32," 24 Wrestling reports.
WWE announced the wrestler's return to television on its official website. Based on the announcement, Monday's "WWE RAW" episode will be the first time that The Undertaker will appear on the show this year, Top Rope Press relays.
"The Undertaker will appear live on next Monday's edition of RAW for the first time in 2016, WWE.com can confirm," WWE said on its website. "… The WWE Universe has been speculating on what the legendary Superstar will have to say about his role in the McMahon family power struggle. Will The Deadman shed further light on his historic 24thcontest at The Showcase of the Immortals?"
Fans have yet to witness how The Undertaker will take his role representing Vince McMahon in a struggle for control over the company. After his beef with Brock Lesnar, he had started to develop a tougher personality, the report details.
It was highly unexpected of The Dead Man to employ low blows and cheating tactics to clinch his victory in the "SummerSlam" last year. Fans will find out on the Monday episode of "RAW" if Taker will be forced to crush his son to preserve his own legacy.
Aside from the Shane McMahon vs. The Undertaker match, the other matches to be featured in the pay-per-view event are Brock Lesnar vs. Dean Ambrose, and Triple H vs. Roman Reigns.
"Wrestlemania 32" will happen on Sunday, Apr. 3 at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
The Undertaker will be on "WWE RAW" on Monday to promote the match to his fans. The show airs at 8/7 C on USA Network.
