Xbox One X Games, News: Find Out Which 'Enhanced' Games Are Available for Upcoming 'Most Powerful' Console

There is just about a week to go before the highly anticipated release of the Xbox One X happens, and the hype around the console is likely due to Microsoft's promise that it is going to be the "most powerful console" ever released in the market.

According to Microsoft's claims, the Xbox One X will let gamers experience "true 4K" resolution, "life-like details," and the highly coveted 60 fps performance, thanks to the console's hefty technical specifications. The Xbox One X is powered by a 6-Teraflop graphics card, a custom 8-core CPU from AMD, and a 12 GB graphics memory built on GDDR5 architecture.

To maximize these specs, however, developers will need to "enhance" their games so these will look and perform their best based on the Xbox One X's capacity. Enhancing games for the Xbox One X does not automatically mean that they will all play in native 4K or at 60 fps, and Xbox officials have repeatedly said before that they will leave that decision to game developers.

Meanwhile, "Forza Motorsport 7" is one of the few titles that will run in native 4K and at 60 fps on the Xbox One X, which is quite expected since Microsoft has been going around demonstrating the upcoming console's power through playing the said game.

Other games that have also been confirmed to play at 4K and 60 fps are "Outlast 2," "DOOM," "F1 2017," "Final Fantasy XV," "Gears of War 4," "Halo 5: Guardians," "Minecraft," "Paladins: Champions of the Realm," "Project Cars 2," "Resident Evil 7: Biohazard," "Rocket League," "Titanfall 2," and few more.

Meanwhile, more popular games have also been confirmed to support a 4K and 30 fps performance, and these include "Anthem," "Assassin's Creed: Origins," "Crackdown 3," "Dishonored 2," "Fallout 4," "For Honor," "Forza Horizon 3," "Middle Earth: Shadow of War," "PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds," "World of Tanks" and more.

With an expanding list of games and early signs of market success, Xbox One X is proving to be another well-accepted console despite its very expensive price tag of $499.99.

The Xbox One X will be released on Tuesday, Nov. 7.
