Xbox unveils free game downloads for Live Gold members this September 2015

Classes might be back this September, but avid gamers worldwide can still enjoy their post-vacation madness with this month's surprise from Microsoft's Xbox. Xbox Players with Live Gold membership are privileged with free game downloads twice a month, and this September, "Games with Gold program" is offering four action-packed titles. These are "Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition" and "The Deer God" for Xbox One owners, and "Crisis 3" and "Battlestations: Pacific" for Xbox 360 users.

The Deer God, a pixelated three-dimensional game, can be downloaded throughout September from the Xbox Store on the Xbox One console. The game is about a hunter, who switched bodies with a deer and vice versa. Here, he must learn how to survive nature and find out how to escape from that body.

The Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition, which is considered one of the most famous game franchises of all time, can be accessible for download this coming Sept. 16 to Oct. 15. Lara Croft is back and must survive a mysterious Japanese island, where not only great treasures can be found.

Meanwhile, Xbox 360 players can get their copy of Battlestations: Pacific for free from now until Sept. 15, while Crisis 3 fans can download for free starting Sept. 16 until the end of the month. In Battlestations: Pacific, players have the power to command either American or Japanese fleets, and have to strategize ways to overcome the other troops in order to win the war. On the other hand, Crisis 3 is a first-person shooter game, where players wear a nanosuit that gives them all the power and abilities to fight the enemy forces.

These Xbox games are only valid for qualified Xbox Live Gold subscribers in regions where Xbox Live is possible. Some regions may offer different game titles, depending on availability.
