'Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links' Destiny Board of Doom: Unlocking the Legendary Duelist Yami Bakura
An exciting event is currently ongoing in "Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links." Called "Destiny Board of Doom," the event subjects players to various challenges so they can collect rewards. However, participation in this event requires players to reach stage 4. Without reaching this stage, they cannot proceed with the series of challenges.
In "Destiny Board of Doom," players need to fight Yami Bakura to unlock the character and start collecting prizes. This character appears at the gate, ready to fight the player. Unlocking the character requires the player to take him down again and again.
Before the player can get to challenge Bakura, he has to collect the "Ten-Sided Dice." The only way to collect this dice is by engaging a fight with the Standard Duelists, Legendary Duelists and the Vagabond, and being able to prevail over them. As soon as the player obtains the dice, he/she can proceed with Bakura and use the dice to invite the character to a duel. If he/she wins over Bakura, the player will be able to earn points and collect more rewards.
"Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links" has just added Bakura to its roster of characters. Players of the game are not only required to unlock the legendary duelist but also his powerful cards. Players should bear in mind that in order to collect more rewards and earn more points, they should aim to duel with the higher version of Bakura. The higher version of Bakura a player challenges, the more points collected when he/she wins the fight.
A player needs to reach 200,000 event points in order to unlock Bakura. While that seems too much, the game offers ways for players to earn points fast. The best way to increase points fast is by being able to win over Bakura at level 40. Players can defeat the legendary fighter at this level by removing Dark Necrofear from the Graveyard and by getting rid of Ectoplasmer through the Twister and De-Spell cards.
Players have until April 3 to participate in the new "Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links" event.
