ZTE Nubia Z11 Mini Launched And Is Less Than $300
Nubia, a brand under Chinese smartphone manufacturer ZTE, announced its international website, Nubia.com, during the January CES 2016 in Las Vegas. This prompted observers to say that the company may be looking at expanding its market beyond Asia and China soon. Last April 19, the company unveiled the Nubia Z11 Mini, a smartphone with decent specs, an impressive camera and an equally impressive price – less than $300. According to a Tech Times report, one can pre-order a Z11 Mini for only $281.99 through the Nubia Mobile website.
The Nubia Z11 Mini is said to be the successor of last year's Z9 Mini. The new device was originally rumored to be announced with other devices included in the Z11 line, such as the standard Z11 and the Z11 Max. ZTE however only unveiled the Z11 Mini recently.
The device features a 5-inch full HD display with 1,920 x 1,080 pixels resolution. Under the hood, it is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 64-bit octa-core processor and an Adreno 405 GPU, paired with 3 GB of RAM. Internal storage is huge at 64 GB and with microSD support, can be expanded to up to 200 GB. Its main camera is a Sony IMX298 with 16-megapixels, while its selfie camera is an 8-megapixel shooter. It has an all-metal body, and has a 2,800 mAh non-removable battery.

It will come pre-installed with Android 5.1 Lollipop and will support 5G Wi-Fi. Other connectivity options are 4G, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Micro-USB v2.0, GPS and Glonass.
It is also equipped with a fingerprint sensor for additional security. For consumers who love taking photos, the phone's camera comes with NeoVision 5.8 which is a professional photography system that makes for easier photo management.
The device is currently available in its home market, China, but the Tech Times report cited that it may be made available in other Asian countries soon.
