50 Cent Throws Jabs at Floyd Mayweather's 'Money Team'
Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson, entertainer and philanthropist who formerly referred to himself as the best friend of boxer Floyd Mayweather, let over 8 million Twitter followers know that he has cut all business ties with the pugilist.
While both Mayweather and Jackson have spoken about teaming up for their TMT boxing promotions company in the past, the latter made it clear that he was cutting ties with Mayweather's business.
"TMT IS OVER, the money team is no longer a team," Jackson tweeted about the promotions company headed by Mayweather. "So it's SMS promotions. That's it, that's all."

After he promoted a few upcoming fights for his new boxing promotions company, SMS Promotions, Jackson elaborated further about his split from Mayweather's company while letting the world know exactly how he felt about TMT.
"I'm no longer apart or down with TMT promotions. If anyone wants a money team jacket I'm selling mine for a dollar," Jackson tweeted. "The (snap) back hat comes with it. That's a fair price."
While some fans seemed shocked at Jackson's public rant against his former best friend's company, he gave them some insight about why he moved fighters to another boxing promotional venture.
"I moved the fighters to SMS promotions (because) the other half of the money team didn't put up their MONEY," Jackson tweeted before further showcasing his discontent with Mayweather's company by attempting to sell the apparel that he owns. "Get your TMT sweat suit NOW!! For just $7.99 online No shipping and handling."
While Jackson has conducted radio interviews where he has spoken about possible issues with Mayweather, the pugilist has refused to speak badly about his former best friend in public.
"It's not a real friendship if he's my friend in January, but he's not my friend in February. That means we were never really friends, because when you have a real friendship, that's an unbreakable bond," Mayweather told Fight Hype in September. "Real friends go through ups and downs and I don't believe in putting the media or the public in my business with my friends. So no matter what he said about me, I'm never going to speak negative about him."
