Planned Parenthood Federation of America, the largest abortion provider in the U.S., published a post on X reacting favorably to the "Good news for now" while warning that "the fight for our rights isn't over yet" because "this case is being sent back to the district court."

"Today, the Supreme Court did the bare minimum by rejecting this case on standing and allowing mifepristone to remain FDA approved and without new restrictions. However, with the case returning to the district court, the fight is not over," Planned Parenthood Federation of America President and CEO Alexis McGill Johnson said in a statement

"As we breathe a sigh of relief for now, we cannot forget that the court is deciding another case about abortion this term. We also can't forget this is the same court that overturned Roe, leaving millions of people across the country unable to access abortion — all to advance a dangerous anti-abortion agenda."
