Consequently, everyone argues over whether or not Roy should live- something that will be revealed on "Seeing Red," set to air on April 23.

"That is the question of the hour," Kreisberg teased. "And it's not just our team that's asking it, but also Thea and Sin. And where everybody comes out on that issue, I think, will be surprising."

Meanwhile, "Arrow" star Stephen Amell, who portrays Oliver, opened up about the show recently- even discussing Oliver's new home.

"The scene where I walk into the cave [in the season two premiere] and it lights up, that was the first scene we shot this season," the actor told The Hollywood Reporter. "To me, it still feels like the same place, but onscreen, it visually looks really cool. We've come a long way since the pilot."

Furthermore, Amell described "Arrow" as the "most engaging hour of television on TV this year."

"The show this year for me- I read a lot of reviews ... I think we're doing the most engaging hour of television on TV this year," he said. "I'm really proud of the show and the direction it's taking."

"Arrow" airs on the CW Wednesdays at 8 p.m. EST. The synopsis for "Seeing Red" is as follows: "The serum mirakuru sends Roy into an uncontrolled rage that leads to deadly consequences. Oliver tried to stop him, but Sara belives he is too far gone and wants to kill him. Meanwhile, Thea believes she can get through to Roy and tried to lure him to Verdant."
