Baby Lisa Irwin Missing: Mother of Step Brother Afraid of Son's Safety With Irwins (VIDEO)
The biological mother of Lisa Irwin’s step-brother, Blake, who is eight, has filed an emergency motion for temporary custody of her son.
According to KMBC.com Rasleen Raim, who lost custody of Blake to his father 29-year-old Jeremy Irwin in 2008, reportedly said she would like to gain back custody of her son because she is worried about her son’s safety and peace of mind. The mother of the boy also filed a motion to modify child custody visitation.
On Tuesday, a man, who at one time lived with Megan Wright, the owner of the cell phone, who claimed not to have had possession of the device on Oct. 4, when a 50-second call came through from Bradley’s phone, told investigators Monday that an individual who goes by the name of Dane had been utilizing Wright’s phone and may have received the call.
The phone call has become an important puzzle in the case, since the call was made somewhere between 8:30 p.m. on Oct. 3 and 2:30 a.m. on Oct 4. when baby Lisa was reported missing.
Wright had claimed to not have had possession of her own cell phone due to the fact that her phone was frequently being used by housemates. According to Wright, it was “Community Property.”
